Önce mekânın nasıl bir atmosfere sahip olması istendiğini ve orada nasıl bir yaşam hayal edildiğini dinliyoruz. Bir mimarın projesindeki ince bir detayı dikkatlice anlatışı ya da bir ev sahibinin akşamları nasıl bir ortamda vakit geçirmek istediğini tarif edişi bizim odak noktamız oluyor. Tüm süreç, aslında bu hikayeleri anlamakla başlıyor. Dr-Light’ta en kıymet verdiğimiz konulardan biri, sürecin satışla başlamadığı gibi satışla da bitmemesi. Sipariş öncesindeki yönlendirme ne kadar önemliyse, ince işçilikle üretilen ürünlerimizin müşteriye teslim edilmesinden satış sonrası destek sürecine kadar pürüzsüz bir deneyim yaşatmak da bir o kadar önemli. Bu temasların devam etmesi, yaptığımız işin perde arkası ama en güçlü taraflarından biri. Müşterilerimizin çoğuyla yıllara yayılan bir iletişimimizin olması da sanırım bundan kaynaklanıyor. Working at Dr-Light means far more to me than managing a sales process. It gives us the chance to witness very different lives and projects up close. Every client who walks through our doors, every new project we take on, brings a different need and a unique vision. Every Project Is a New Story The conversations that begin with a first step into our showroom are rarely just about products. We begin by listening to how the space is meant to feel, the atmosphere envisioned, and the life imagined within it. A designer carefully explaining a subtle detail in a project, or a homeowner describing how they want to feel in their space in the evenings — these moments guide us. Everything starts with truly understanding those stories. At Dr-Light, one of the principles we value most is that the journey neither begins nor ends with the sale. The guidance we offer before an order is placed is just as important as the experience that follows — from carefully crafted production to delivery and ongoing support. The continuity of these touchpoints is one of the strongest, though often unseen, aspects of our work. Perhaps that is why so many of our client relationships continue for years.
